Polishing the Opera browser interface

As you can see, I was able to point of a number of flaws in the Opera user interface. You don’t have to agree with any of them or you can agree with all of them. That is up to you.

What is important, however, is the acknowledgement that the user interface does need some dramatic improvements!

While is it good for every browser to have their differences, it’s not fine for one of those major differences to be a difficult to use interface that appears to have received no more attention that enough to get it functioning.

The old saying, “If it ain’t broken, don’t fix it,” is not exactly helping Opera’s market share when most people simply explain that they didn’t know how to do something in Opera that can be accomplished “more easily” in another.

If you have any suggestions to improve and fix the Opera interface that I haven’t mentioned then please post them in the comments! Please just keep them constructive. 😉
