I just got back from a two day break to Myrtle Beach.
Although the weather wasn’t great for swimming outdoors, it was still great to be able to take a weekend away from school and relax.
Several hours in the sand, throwing frisbee and going out to eat a few times turned out to be a lot of fun!

Well, I’ve taken a few days to just relax at the beach. I’m currently in Wilmington just relaxing and about to go out to the hotel pool for a few hours. Just thought I would write something short and quick to keep my readers updated.
Hopefully I can go surfing soon and take some good pictures…maybe as good as the ones where *someone* went sand boarding and fell down the entire hill, haha. That will be me on a surf board for sure. Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying themselves!

Well, it’s now been two years to the day since my horrible accident. Two years, five surgeries, plenty of medications, too much resting and not enough vacationing. 😀
Well, I think the bulk of the whole ordeal is now pretty much over..well as soon as I get these stitches out of my leg (next Friday). I think there’s about ~40-45 stitches, but no staples this time, haha!
Well, I hope everyone is having fun this summer! I know I will be in a few weeks! Hopefully I’ll get to go to the beach some friends later in July! We’ll see.
What’s everyone else doing this summer besides working!?
So I went to Sunset Beach last week. It’s near the border of North Carolina and South Carolina. Very nice place! Only down side was that they had poor Internet access, hehe. The weather was great and I got a decent tan. I would suggest this beach to anyone traveling!
Anyone else still waiting for Opera Desktop Team to release a new build!? We’ve been waiting for several weeks now! Any who, the up coming builds should include parts of Kestrel code..which means that there will be major improvements to the rendering performance!
In other news, I’m glad that Paris Hilton is going back to jail! I hope she serves all of the time that she deserves. I don’t necessarily believe she should be treated worse than you or me. However, she should serve just the same as you or me. (PERIOD) She may be a celebrity, but I think it’s more beneficial for everyone to watch her serve time so we all understand that the law is the law. It sets a better example by showing that celebrities also get in trouble for wrong doings.
This song is an old favorite of mine and is most famous for its part in the movie ”Say Anything…” (1989) starring John Cusack. If you haven’t seen the movie you should really check it out!
